What this is

NextQuest is a live-streaming backlog manager. Viewers suggest games during your stream; your community votes on them; you manage the queue on a public board. We handle the tech. You own the decisions.

Who this is for

Streamers run boards. Viewers suggest and vote. You need a Twitch account to do either. We don't support anonymous participation. Your identity is what makes voting legit.

Twitch login

You log in with Twitch OAuth. We collect your display name, avatar, and Twitch user ID, and that's the whole list. No email. No data mining. Twitch owns your identity; their privacy policy applies to how they handle it. We just use the ID to tie suggestions and votes to you.

Your board, your rules

Suggestions are suggestions. Votes are opinions. As a streamer, you decide what lands on your board and what doesn't. You can delete suggestions, remove games, lock votes, trash the whole thing. Total control. We don't moderate your content. You do.

If your board gets used for harassment, spam, or stuff that clearly breaks Twitch's Community Guidelines, we reserve the right to tombstone it or disable your account. We won't be quick about it, but we won't pretend we didn't notice either.

Accounts & logout

You're logged in through Twitch. You can log out here anytime. Want to disconnect completely? Revoke our app's access in your Twitch settings, and that's it. That kills our ability to see or use your identity data.

Service availability

NextQuest is provided as-is. Early days. We're building this thing in public, which means bugs happen, features change, and sometimes the whole app goes sideways. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we're not promising uptime SLAs or 24/7 support. If you're streaming live in five minutes and the board breaks, that's rough, and we're working on it. We can't guarantee it won't happen.

We may change this

Terms evolve. We'll update this page when they do. Major changes get announced. Minor clarifications won't. Keep an eye on this page if you care about the details.
